Head of People (global)

We are a team of 65 Retail Tech Enthusiasts working towards our mission to make shopping experience in Physical Retail Stores more enjoyable and more valuable by enabling our business clients to interact with Retail Data. 

We are looking for a Head of People (global) in Singapore to drive our People Strategy across our team locations in Singapore, London, Jakarta, Bangkok, Sydney and Paris and enable the teams to grow internationally.

Your responsibilities are:

  • Owning and implementing the global People Strategy with the mission to build a great and inspiring workplace for a tech scale up:
    • People & Talent Management: areas such as Talent Recruitment & Retention, OKR & Performance Management, Development & Training, Compensation & Benefits, Organisational Structure, Skills Management.

    • Culture & Engagement: areas such as developing our value and engagement frameworks further, implementing culture projects and efficient office and remote working setups to build a unique eyosian culture and an engaging and inclusive workplace across all functions, work levels and locations.

    • People Tech/OPS/HR admin: including but not limited to documentation, legal compliance, visa issues, legal templates, payroll for all our entities (i.e.Singapore, London, Jakarta, Bangkok, Sydney as well as remote workers), vendor management with payroll providers.

  • Work closely with the global leadership team, department heads and team leads to provide excellent advisory and support for a modern and dynamic People Management and Culture Building.

  • Implement a progressive and digital end-to-end employee experience and processes across all touchpoints to stay competitive in the job markets and ensure efficiency.

  • Leading and growing a People team of currently two team members.

  • Define and measure people strategy implementation with People & Culture KPI’s

Job requirements

  • Driven inspirational personality and team player with a positive can-do attitude.

  • 12+ years professional experience in HR/People functions in multinational and growing Tech Companies, 5+ years leadership and management experience

  • Bachelor or higher degree from a top-tier university

  • Motivated to innovate and implement culture building and engagement projects in an ever changing world with hybrid working and a diverse workforce across multiple locations.

  • Good understanding of current HR/People Management trends in compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation frameworks

  • Accurate, reliable and trusted work style with a good mix of conceptual/strategic thinking as well as hands-on implementation skills. Resourceful and able to find creative solutions. 

  • Experienced in Administrative HR Processes and HR Documentation

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Multinational work experience in Europe and in South-East Asia is a plus.

  • Experience in developing new programs, policies, and procedures to achieve the desired culture and meet changing organisational needs
