looking for a passionate and driven Product Lead to join our growing team in


Roles and responsibilities

  • Define and create master data workflows & processes for products and POI Data that include more than 150K products per country

  • Define KPIs of master data quality related metrics and create a reporting framework to track them

  • Engage with domain leads and stakeholders to develop master data framework, nomenclature and taxonomy standard

  • Research new data sources & integrations to enrich existing data attributes

  • Liaise with different department to resolve issues and answer Master Data related inquiries

  • Govern master data from initial creation to delivery across solutions by providing one version and consistent data.

  • Manage and audit master data tables and ensure high data integrity as data volume increases

  • Proactively identify master data gaps & issues

  • Documentation of master data frameworks & processes

  • Leading a team of local master data enrichment specialists across countries


  • Min. 7 years of experience of Master Data Management in an ERP system
  • Bachelor Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related area preferred
  • Knowledge of data governance & master data management standards and frameworks
  • Strong business acumen, good at analytical and problem-solving skills with good team spirit
  • Experience or familiarity with data warehouse and data management tools
  • Experience with business intelligence and statistical analysis is a bonus
  • Domain knowledge in FMCG/Retail/E-comm
