Job description

We are a dynamic team with offices in Singapore, London, Bangkok, Jakarta and Sydney, serving our great customers worldwide. We’re expanding fast and are looking for a passionate and driven Administrator to join our growing Merchant Operations team in Indonesia on a contractor basis.

What You Will Do:

1. Marketing leads follow-up

  • Qualifying the leads generated from social media, website & marketing campaigns
  • Pitching about eyos connect program
  • Coordinating with field teams to do installation

2. Whatsapp (WA) for business

  • Managing WA for business, reply and provide for incoming inquires
  • WA blast for regular info or special event such as webinar etc

3. Merchants payments

  • Validating store bank account validity before payment process
  • Helping to execute merchant joining bonus payment

4. Data ready project implementation

  • Fixing store information such as geolocation and address
  • Following up with stores via calls etc.

5. Ad Hoc Request

  • Call request from client team such stock opname
  • Checking the number of available promotion tags used by the field team
  • Distributing promotion tags to in-house and agencies
  • Online survey initiatives

Requirements

Here’s What You Need to Know/Have:

  • 1-2 years' prior work experience as an administrator / in telesales, or a similar field 
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
