Sales Development Representative - France

We're a dynamic technology company with great offices in London, Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City and Sydney, serving our great customers worldwide. We work with well-known high street retail brands in around 40 countries worldwide, enabling them to offer digital receipts in their retail stores and to measure the return of their advertising spend on Google and Facebook in their stores. We’re expanding fast and are looking for you to join our team in France where we have a strong portfolio of retail customers.


Role – Sales Development Representative

The primary function of this role is to help accelerate the growth of sales in France by prospecting into leading High Street brands. Your role will be to generate sales opportunities through a deep understanding of companies within France and using outbound prospecting strategies to set meetings, supporting our Sales team by creating a flow of qualified inbound leads.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Help build a pipeline of sales opportunities for the company through generating new prospects via the phone, email and social media

  • Researching and mapping prospective accounts’ organisational structures, people and existing technologies

  • Schedule qualified calls and meetings with prospects, introducing these new leads to the sales team

  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook

  • Working alongside our marketing and sales team to develop eye-catching email campaigns and sales strategies that cut through the digital noise

  • Utilising our CRM to ensure all contacts and progress are recorded

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years’ experience in a sales/ lead generation role within a digital and preferably SaaS environment

  • Experience delivering in a target-driven environment

  • Commercial awareness and good business sense

  • Proven background in high volume outbound sales

  • Demonstrable experience using CRMs, ideally Salesforce

  • A team player who sees the bigger picture as well as focusing on individual targets and success

  • Retail technology background preferred
